We purchased a truck camper from Johnson’s RV in the spring of 2026. We had to wait for it to arrive, but once it did, we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Shortly after getting it, we noticed a minor leak and contacted Matt. He didn’t hesitate to have us bring it in, and the issue was repaired right away. We had a great experience with Johnson’s RV. We live in Thunder Bay, and came across a listing for a toy hauler TT. We had been looking for awhile and there is nothing in our area. We contacted Johnson’s and the GM, Matt contacted us right away. He answered our questions, sent us pictures and helped us finalize the sale once we were ready. Excellent customer service from Nick and Noah! These guys really care about providing great service, I am very impressed. I did not buy from them but I have been bringing my travel trailer to them for warranty service and maintenance. They treat me as if I bought from them and honestly even better than those I did buy from. I can’t say enough. They are really great here. You can tell they all care. Thanks guys.
Highly recommend Johnson’s. We had an issue here in the states with our Class B Camper Van. After failing to locate someone or a place in the Upper Peninsula to diagnose and fix issue we turned to Johnson’s. After crossing into Canada we met with Noah. Noah took time to discuss what the issue was and eventually was able to fix it at absolutely no cost. Moving forward if we ever need anything we will return to this family owned business. Thank you Noah you were awesome.
I'm going to separate this into two parts: a review of Johnson RV, and a review of the 2022 Crossroads trailer; Johnson RV: Definitely would give them about 4.5 stars. They were incredibly helpful and I have no complaints about the service or communication received from them. Noah and Nick were great to work with. Would be a five-star place for sure if they had not sold a lemon trailer in the first place :-).
