I dropped off my generator for warranty because it was hard to start when cold. They called me and said there was oil everywhere and was overheating and were working with Cummins. Johnson’s RV told Cummins that I wasn’t doing regular maintenance and they voided my warranty. I picked up my generator not repaired and wannabe mechanic told me valves were loose and won’t start. If mechanic had it apart why didn’t he set valves. Anyway I brought home and found wire was off for automatic chock and I set valves and running great. B... read more
Good service but not open on Saturdays as it says on Google.
We recently bought a new camper and I a. So dissatisfied with this company. A shelf started to come off the wall and they did fix it but you can plainly see where they put a screw in. Fridge sucks and doesn't come with a freezer, just a small area they say isn't a freezer but only designed to help keep frozen stuff frozen, had 2 bags of milk and some lunch meat go bad in the fridge but they say it is working the way it should. I will not recommend this company and get rid as soon as possible. Very overpriced for what we got.... read more
Don't anyone buy anything from Johnson's R? V. If there's a problem with your rv, they take their time to come. And fix it, and then they say something else went wrong, and they could not find a part 3 years to fix something ever since Andy. Sold it to them. The service has gone downhill. When I bought my trailer, all they did is drop. I brought it out to ojibway park and dropped it. They didn't explain nothing to me. They are not good people to deal with so people, please beware
