If you aren't one of this guy's long-time, high-volume, regular yooper customers, he'll find all kinds of nonsensical reasons not to print your document. I took a three page MS Word document to him and he tells me he can't print MS Word documents. I took a PDF of a technical manual that I needed printed double sided because I didn't want to melt down my HP. He says he can't because it's copyrighted.
