I had a leak in a 1/2 in copper water line that was up in floor and close to the wood.beams. every time I tried to solder it, the wood would start to burn.Couldnt get it hot enough for solder to melt without a manor fire. Decided to call an expert and Johnson's proved to be the ones. I've never seen the system they used and required no heat. Uses compression fittings. Fast, clean and safe.
