If you have Kaiser and are referred for a cranial helmet, stay far away. When I first called after the referral was approved, the first person I talked to said they didn't have it yet. I called immediately back to ask another question and a different person answered and said they did have the referral but it would take them a week to input all the data and they would call me for an appointment. We had an appointment today (Monday) that I confirmed on Friday. We showed up after sitting in traffic for 45 min and keeping our son home from school, we were taken back to a room where we waited about 10 minutes. The receptionist came back and told us they did not receive the orthotics shipment which the order should have been placed weeks ago and was unable to give us an update on when they would arrive or when we would be able to come back to get them. My son saw Hector at his last appointment. Hector gave us great recommendations and I’m extremely happy with how my son’s AFO’s fit him. Hector’s kindness and professionalism are a 10/10. Seriously, thank you so much Hector! Also the front desk staff was so sweet too!
