Do not use this company. Either the owner or an employee is alarmingly disturbed and has road rage issues after the experience I had today in Raleigh traffic. See previous reviews for the EXACT same lunatic behavior. I am allowed to use a turn single and merge into your lane. I don’t cut people off. You made the choice to not want to let me over. When I contacted Sam about replacing a broken light, I was passed around to different departments without context; I needed to follow up continuously to ensure I didn't fall through the cracks; and ultimately, I was neglected entirely.
