The experience at Johnsons Mazda Swindon was good because the used car we purchased was a good combination of the age, mileage and spec we were looking for, we were able to negotiate a deal with Nick and Craig which we were happy with, giving a realistic value to our p/x, and Nick was an extremely good salesman to deal with.

Bought a used approved vehichle from mazda swindon September 2023. It has been in the garage 5 times for the same engine issue, with them having had my vehichle for as long as i have, during my ownership. Currently been 5 weeks since it last went in, they refused my rejection of the vehichle and a few of these weeks were just waiting for authorisation to order the parts. We purchased a new Mazda from Johnsons Mazda Swindon. The sales process was straight forward, Colin the sales representative was very helpful and pleasant, we were happy with the deal and trade in price of our old car. All in all a pleasurable experience. I would definitely recommend.
