Prefer when it was Johnsons. Customer Service is terrible.

Loyal paying Johnson's clients for many years, but very disappointed the business practices of the new ownership. We called to make payment over the phone but they were not available, blindly sent us to collections with no other attempt to contact. Claimed to have sent emails, but no record of doing so. Actual services were fine and the lawn looked great, but we will not tolerate rude and dismissive office staff with a direct to collections attitude.
