If you are gonna walk the strip in Gatlinburg this location is fantastic !! A momma bear brings her four cubs through the parking lot every evening between 5-6pm..........
Clean rooms great location for walking the area.
Only writing this because of the situation and the front desk staff member... Last minute booking and arrival just after midnight. Due to technical complications from being between dates (after midnight), the hotel couldn't complete the reservation from the 3rd party booking agent (Booking. com). The front desk lady was so incredibly helpful! She helped with the call to customer service, and after getting hung up on, she did everything she could to get us into our room - with success. This location is walking distance from the business district. The building is older and kind of dated .
Our favorite place to stay while in gatlinburg. So close to village and walking the strip. Rooms always clean and service is great. Can’t wait to come back
