Ed was very knowledgeable and helped us with everything in regards to our furnace and ac. I would recommend them for any hvac issues you have.
Venturi Heating and Cooling came out to look at my furnace today 3/26/2025 and was great our furnace wasn't working like it should it was on and off working when it wanted too. Ed Stocker came out and figured out ot needed a ground on it. I'm on Disability and have a very tight budget but they worked with me so it could be fixed. Would highly recommend Venturi Heating and Cooling. Ed was prompt, courteous and especially knowledgeable. Really appreciated his explanations and answering all of our questions regarding our furnace problems.
We have an older furnace system and asked Ed to check it out when we bought the home. He was very thorough and left us feeling that our system would last and didn’t try to sell us a new one! Since then, he has been a great support system for our concerns during the recent cold snap, helping us unfreeze a pipe and plan future improvements to eliminate that issue in the future and he is always calm, patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I recently had the need for a heating and cooling person, and I contacted Ed at Venturi. He returned my call within 45 minutes of leaving a message and arrived about 30 minutes later. After spending the night without heat Ed was able to diagnose the problem and have it fixed after about 30 minutes all the while explaining what the problem was.
