Ed is a straightforward, honest and extremely knowledgeable man in his field. It is unusual to find a man who listens to one's needs. Being a single 71 year old female I am of apprehensive about new service men. I elected to get a new furnace because he supplied enough accurate information for me to make a good decision. The furnace was delivered and installed earlier than I anticipated and expeditiously. I recommend him to anyone without qualification.
I would like to give a 100% to Venturi heating and cooling. Price,professional, courteous went out of his way to get furnace up and running. Seemed very knowledgeable explained what and why he was doing things.
Extremely professional and very transparent about what was needed price wise and material as well.
