AC went out in the middle of the night. Called first thing in the morning and left a voicemail. They called back within 15 minutes. They were able to come out to the house and fix the problem. From the moment I called, to them finishing up the job was approx. 1 hour. Price was fair. Fantastic service!
I called late yesterday bc our ac stopped working. They were here this morning and it working in no time. And it didn’t cost an arm and a leg!! Super nice as well! I highly recommend Johnson Heating & AC!!
Excellent customer service! Shane was super helpful and thorough with the estimate and explaining what was needed. The girl in the office (sorry I can’t remember the name) was very nice as well. They were very quick to respond to the service call being outside. Absolutely recommend!
They were recommended by my sister and honestly ive had issues with dealing with companies when I outsource work but was extremely impressed with the same day service I received and the whole encounter with the gentlemen that came to look at our outside unit. Thanks for the exceptional experience will definitely being using this company again in the future
