On vacation from NY, hearing aid stops working. Googled hearing aid repair and Johnson’s Daytona Beach pops up with a lot of favorable reviews. No appointment, greeted by Pat and Ron the Hearing Aid Specialist. Fifteen minutes later I am walking out the door with the problem fully resolved and at a very reasonable cost. Do you guys want to open a branch in NY? Thanks Ron & Pat
The staff at Johnson's are very kind and helpful. I had a buildup of wax in my one ear and they removed it gently.I would recommend them for their professional knowledge and kindness.Thank you!
My wife and I were both there. And they are very professional, very kind and considerate. Amy had a big hunk of wax in her ear. And they cleaned out her ear. No charge. I have tinnitus real bad in my left ear. And they did a free hearing test to find out how bad. And instead of trying to sell me hearing aids they advised me to go see an ENT for my tinnitus. Ronnie and Dana were very helpful and took care of all my needs.
I went with my grandpa to get his hearing checked, and we had such a great experience. Dana, the lady at the front desk, was absolutely wonderful! So kind, patient, and helpful with all of our questions. She really made the whole visit easy and comfortable for both of us. It’s not often you come across someone who takes the time to make sure everything is clear and stress-free. We really appreciated her kindness and professionalism!
