Strawberry season is here. For the prices they charge, and the quality and quantity you get, will definitely just buy my strawberries in the grocery store. Half the price and better product. :(
Our 1st time there. Kids loved it. Plan on going back for the blueberry festival
Totally disappointed. I purchased two buckets of strawberries this past Saturday and 3/4 of the strawberries were spoiled
I wonder how many people ran out of gas or car overheated in that 100 degree weather waiting to pay for your bucket after picking strawberries! We were there at 1, got in line at 1:30 didn't leave the farm and finally checked out at 2:45. That was the worst wait for strawberries ever! I hope you guys can come come up with a better system for the future!! Folks beware! Have gas and make sure your car is in good running condition.....
First time going there, very unorganized large lines everywhere with 1 person working the registers, while other employees just standing around doing nothing.
Everything was more than double than the market. Long lines with just hot dog and chips. Strawberries didn't not look apeeling. Rhubarb 4.99 lb?! Lots of floral but didn't go to buy flowers.
When you buy your flowers at Johnson's, be aware that they DO NOT guarantee their product! I bought two "Proven Winners" potted accent flowers there a few weeks ago, planted them in a pot immediately when I got home, and they went downhill from there. I fertilized them, watered them, and babied them. The geraniums in the same pots are doing fine. I took the dying plants back, hoping to exchange them for something else, and was told - rudely - that they don't guarantee any of their plants. What kind of policy is this? I wasn'... read more
Love the strawberries. Wait all year for some. Also enjoy the bakery. Best in the area.
I love Johnsons! They have a Great variety of Everything! From fruit and veggies, to Beautiful flowers, plants and trees! Keep up the Good Work!
