Power outage. My generator ran for about 14 hours. Power came back with a surge and after 10 minutes it went out again. This time generator did not run. When I checked the generator had a green light letting me know it should be ok. I put it on manual and it ran just fine. However my wife is on oxygen and when I took it off of manual to automatic it would shut down. I called Rich and he came out within 15 minutes.
