Staff were very helpful when I purchased my Nissan.
My triton broke down. Got it towed in and talked to the really rude office girl. They quoted my over $800 to get it repaired, I said no that’s a rip off I’ll get it done privately. Got it towed to Toowoomba dealership who has said it a warranty job and are fixing it for free. They also lost my spare key utterly useless
Great service and affordable prices
We purchased a new Mitsubishi mid-2022. The salesman, staff associated with our purchase & the after sales staff have been friendly, professional & easy to deal with. Unfortunately, when we recently went to upgrade our vehicle, the experience with the Nissan salesman was the total opposite to our last purchase. It was the most painful car buying trip we have ever had, so bad we purchased elsewhere. A 5 Star review would have been given if we didn't have to deal with the salesperson we encountered recently.
