Do everything you can to go with a different cable service mobile service any service . Have had problems with the box with tbe time on the front . Switched to no clock samE problems and ordered the newer boxes and there not in stock ,and guess what theres not a direct line to speak with someone at a particular location . Not to mention the guy named johnny now this guy was speaking with a thick Asian swag . I had an appointment that didn't come or αnythiny
Absolutely horrible service! I would give it zero star if I could. We are using Spectrum for business. Despite their customer service is rude and not helpful at all, their internet and phone service get disrupted everytime we have strong wind or thunderstorm. I seriously mean everytime. They are not reliable to our business at all. Their mobile service is even worse. They lied to me to give me a free service and free phone but ended up billing me $400 for a new old Samsung cell phone which I did not need. Called a dozen time... read more
