We are a Restaurant that continues the traditions of the World Famous Johnson's Grocery (which first opened in 1937 in Eunice, LA). Johnson's Grocery was the first dry goods store to commercially sell Boudin in 1948 and to this day we continue this tradition by using the same recipes in the making of our Boudin, Smoked (and unsmoked) Sausages, and Tasso.
