Whatever you do, do not use this repair shop. In my 60 years I have never been so badly ripped off and then treated like crap by the manage Scott. The only reason I gave a 1 star rating is because I had to in order to post.
Excellent Service fair prices and goes the extra mile to take care of his customers , Very honest on repairs and pricing .
No one else will ever touch my cars if I cna help it. Have maintained and repaired 7 family vechiles in the past 10 years. Honest and upfront about exactly what needs to fixed. Have completed repairs almost always the same day, even when they found my Forester with a blown clutch on their doorstep without notice on a Monday morining. I have had my 2005 navigator there a couple times and had nothing but the best results both in front counter folks and the repair folks. KS Automotive is AWESOME!! Their prices are fantastic, their service is excellent and I cannot BELIEVE how fast their service is! i have gotten multiple oil changes here, as well as getting my front brakes done, and will be getting my back brakes done here soon. None of which has ever taken more than an hour. I love these guys!
Stranded in Colorado What we thought was our starter that went out on our Pick up we tried several dealerships but couldn't get in. This company got us in and found that it was just a lose wire.. While they worked on the truck they gave us a ride and picked us up,so we could eat. I believe another company would have took advantage of us both in our situation( not from the area) and with the starter. Great Service! Good work and reasonable price and honest. I am a single women with an older truck and no dependable mechanic. I took my 1998 truck to Johnson Automotive Repair for the first time 1 year ago when my alternator went out. I needed my truck the next day and the shop was close to my house. Very Happy We sent a good friend to Johnson Automotive. My husband is an auto tech and when our friend needed her car fixed right away and was in the area we sent her here. They took care of her in a few hours and it was extremely affordable. They were helpful fair and offered great service. They have been around along time and can be trusted for service and value.
