I've been using Johnson's Auto since moving to West Warwick over three years ago. Prior to this, I had always taken care of my own cars before they became more difficult to repair. I have never worried that I would be taken advantage of at Johnson's. In fact, many times I'm pleasantly surprised with a lower repair cost than I expected. I moved to west warwick and needed to get my truck registered and inspected. My girlfriend took my truck to Johnson's Auto Service. Everything was in perfect condition when she left. They sold her $40 wiper blades and said if she didnt buy them they would fail the inspection. Somehow in the 2 miles from my house to the shop my blades ripped. I doubt it. I was a mechanic for 18 years and use to inspect cars in Massachusetts. This place is crooked and will do anything to make a quick buck.
