They came to my home said they needed to order a part took money from my elderly sister gave her a receipt and never returned with the parts or a refund. When my sister called they screened the calls and of course did not pick up. My sister kept calling and now they have changed their number. It's a shame that Johnsons Appliance is stealing from the ederly. How does these people continue to get away with their terrible, robbing service. Do not do business with these people THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!

Terrible Service. Customer service agent Denise is rude. Waited 6+ hours for an agent to come repair the fridge and they left because they had to pay for parking. It’s Hoboken, really? Terrible service. Wasted my whole day. Fridge still broken. STAY AWAY THEY’RE TERRIBLE
Service on Refrigerator Fast, effective and good service. The Tech was very knowledgeable about the issue. This company came and repaired my refrigerator after another appliance company failed to complete the job. I am grateful for such a professional, dependable and concern company like Johnson Appliance. .
Awful....the lady who responds the phone is rude.....She is not ready to solve the situation.....
