I am very unhaply on how the nurses ignore me in my appoinment day after I complained about a nurse hit my tooth and weeks later I lost that tooth. Malpractice. In my appoinment in a different day, I was waiting in my chair for at least one hour. They kept skipping me and helping other that they just arrived! I get up and left. I found out that they were mad at me because the Dr fired the nurse that hurt my tooth but he never was responsible to pay for my broken tooth.
This group of champion level dental experts are the best in the business! From the front counter, to the financial person, and all of the customer facing employees are top notch. I had Invisalign done and my teeth are perfect! Today i had it all removed and I am so happy! Dr J is the man and a true pro. Im so glad I chose this company for my Invisilign. I only wish they did family dentistry and not just Ortho…Id be a customer for life.

The best experience! Dr Lingenbrink did a wonderful job on my teeth. I’m so happy with the results! He and his whole staff are so positive and patient. The atmosphere of the office is very friendly and calm. I felt confident as I was walked through the process. I’m so pleased that I also have my son going here for treatment now.
