Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. No pressure at all to decide any Ortho options they offered. The Dr was very candid about what he felt made the most sense. Would recommend.
I came in for a consultation yesterday after my permanent retainer decided to come off after 20 years. I haven't been seen for Ortho since I was a teen and was expecting to be treated like a completely new pt (last time I was seen here, was when I got my braces off at 16!) The staff was fun to work with, amazing technology for accuracy, straightforward answers about services.
3 family members of experience now with excellent customer service and RESULTS! Our daughter had a complicated case with stunning before and after photos. People stop her and compliment her smile regularly. They gave us a good family discount even after a long time between the kids and myself. I'm currently on an invisalign plan.
