We have been working primarily with Charles on a whole home remodel - service has been impeccable! He and his brother have made numerous onsite visits, Charles communicates promptly, works to accommodate our needs, and we are very pleased with quality of product. My husband and I highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.
We built a new home which was completed in January 2023. We selected Johnson Windows for products and installation. It's rare to experience a supplier with their level of knowlege and commitment. They answer calls, they show up, they fix issues. They are an AMAZING. organization. Of all the contractors contribting our home, they ser the high-water mark.
At the company's insistence, put a down payment for a big window and door order in JULY. It is now late February and we're still waiting on our front door. This is the ONLY material item in our very extensive remodel that has been delayed like this. You can't claim "supply chain issues" if every other supplier has been able to deliver. TERRIBLE!
Had a fabulous experience with Johnson windows and doors. These guys know what they are talking about. Highly recommend them and its a family owned business.
