This place has been around for a very long time. However, my experience with them was very poor. I had a hydraulic floor jack that was under warranty and the manufacturer instructed me to take it to Johnson & White for the warranty repair. I took it to them in January 2017. Called to check on the repair about a month later...Amanda stated "it is in the loop to get repaired". Called on April 21, 2017 to see when it would be repaired and Amanda told me she didn't know when....I went and picked it up. Never will use or recommen... read more
