Very rude, degrading, and insulting. How she conducts her court needs to be more professional. When dealing with custody she only asks the other party about what is going on. Wendy does not know the meaning of hearsay and tries to define the court. She is the wrong choice for a commissioner for Eau Claire County.

This lady presided over a temporary divorce hearing of mine. She is unprofessional belligerent pompous and very biased. She also makes decisions not based on fact but apparently personal feelings. I will be appealing her decision and seeking relief. Very much the way wrong choice for an official such as thisEau Claire County. UPDATE Spoke to some folks(lawyers) and I apparently have actions i can take including appeals lawsuits and complaints of misconduct and I will pursue them all.
