This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I made my payment late but before the 15th. They never removed the red lock and now are refusing to remove the red lock until this months is paid. The lock is still on there even though it is not the 15th. Im trying to get my items before my surgery on Monday. I told them I have the payment but all they keep saying is the payment office opens Monday and the lock will NOT be removed until current.
