Great for taxes.
Called to possibly have my business taxes done very unhelpful had no idea how much it was gonna cost not even a ballpark number and then basically said they’re too busy to help me absolutely pathetic. My mom also uses this tax service. They managed to screw up her taxes for a business that she owns as well which cost her quite a bit of money avoid at all costs.
We’ve been going to Johnson cpa for 15 years. The biggest issue we have since the change of ownership is customer relation. No one comes to get their taxes done with you because they want to talk politics. Keep your opinions to yourself, in that regard, and you wouldn’t have lost a long time customer.
Vicki is an outstanding tax accountant! She is very efficient, ethical and knowledgeable.
It was not rocket science, but they managed to get it wrong 3 years in a row! Think you’re getting a great deal because they are cheap? You get what you pay for. Not to mention they were unavailable many times.
