They have been great in the past, but in the last 2 years it seems like there is a staffing issue and the quality of service has suffered. I turned my taxes in around 3 weeks early, but still waiting into May. It has been very hard to get ahold of anyone. Personally, I will be looking to go elsewhere next year or send them my info as soon as humanly possible as I assume I will have to pay some sort of late filing fee.
Vicki is fantastic. Super kind and friendly staff. I will never go anywhere else.
