Called to have my water system checked. Rich came out the very next day. He determined that my iron filter was way overdue for a replacement. He then went over my options and we decided on a whole new filter system. Patrick W came out the next day and did a phonemal job of removing the old system and installing the new. He was really organized and made sure there was no mess left behind. I am more than satisfied with the service I was provided by everyone. Thank you.
I had a fantastic experience with Johnson Water Conditioning. They resolved my issue efficiently and saved me money compared to other quotes I received. Patrick, the technician on site, was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend their services!
Very disappointed in their customer service and presentation of services. Was misled upon purchase regarding coverage/warranty- guess that's on me for not double checking fine print. Requested twice to be educated upon installation how it works and was dismissed both times- didn't worry too much about it since I thought we were under warranty as long as we owned it/lived at the same address and could just call, which is not the case--- so how can you not even demonstrate and educate how your product should be maintained!? I’ve been a customer of Johnson Water Conditioning for 10 years now. My iron filter recently had a minor leak and they were able to get a couple techs out within a couple days. Jason and Patrick arrived right on time and were able to quickly identify and fix the issue. They were both very friendly and considerate while performing the work.
