If zero stars were available, I would give them a zero. Terrible customer service. Our RO was working perfectly until they came and did a filter change. Since then, it has been cloudy and undrinkable. Called twice for a technician to come and repair. They give you a four hour window. I took off work for the first appointment, I called 30 minutes before the four window closed to be told they weren’t going to make it. I rescheduled and they did it again.
