The receptionist was neither emphathetic or kind. When you are dealing with folks in pain, kindness and patience are important. She clearly is the wrong choice for Customer Service and definitely should not be the 1st person a patient or caregiver should talk to. Perhaps she would be more suited for the maintenance of the property or cleaning services, thus avoiding patient interactions. No compassion or kindness exuded at all. The best.
First time in over 4 yrs I slept more than 3 hrs w/o waking up in pain after my 1st visit. He took the time to actually explain and show me what was wrong with my back, explained everything from what was wrong to treatment plan. Doesn't pressure you into appointments, great personality, super at explanation and treatments. I can't say enough great things about this chiropractor. High recommendations.
10/10 recommend. Very thorough and great at his job
Takes time with you and adjusts the whole body each time. Which makes sense; adjusting just the pain area throws other parts off. Very nice and pleasant. You may wait some times but not every-time, he is busy and booked daily and does help walk-ins. Best I have been to.
