Vicki's behaviour is unprofessional and unnecessary. I mentioned at the end of our first session that I was booked in to see another therapist in a weeks time to which she chastised me and refused to give me back my mental health plan or provide me with a photocopy. The MHCP was not addressed to Vicki however my previous therapist who is currently not practicing.
