Stay Clear Away!!!!!! After moving into the area of Buffalo, I replied to an ad placed by Paul Johnson for a rental property he had available. One of his associates showed me several properties in the area in the middle of remodeling. The work was half-decent but i tended to notice the quality of the work was sub-par. I did end up renting one of Paul's properties at the promise of it being slightly updated, as in new appliances.
