I’ve contacted & utilized the service & parts many times. In that time, I have had the pleasure of interacting with one exceptional mechanic (wish I could recall his name, because he has helped me so much) & one good customer service representative as well, However, Mark (customer service) is extremely condescending. I hate when I have to work with him, because he finds a way to make every single interaction terrible. I highly recommend skill building work for that employee or remove him from the customer service role.
Went to Johnson & Son's Wisconsin Rapids, WI Ram, Chrysler, Jeep dealership for LO&F service, a general check over and tire rotation without an appointment and Service Writer Wes managed to work me in, even though they were quite busy. Very much appreciated! Work was completed efficiently & I was happily on my way in a reasonable amount of time, given the circumstances. Very satisfied customer; I always feel treated like family!
A great bunch of people working here! Friendly and funny, I didn't go there to have my car worked on, lol other business!
