J.S.R.S. installed a large block retaining wall project for me. The site had difficult terrain and access conditions. Soon after the start of the project the weather turned terrible and rain affected the conditions of the site. Vaughn stopped out on a regular basis during the down days (when work was suspended due to rain) to make sure the site drainage was being well managed and to catch any drainage issues as soon as possible. I hired Johnson Snow Services last snow season for my home. I need snow removal services for my son who uses a wheel chair. Vaughn and his employees were always on time to get the snow removed before my son went to school and treated my family with dignity. They plowed my snow exactly the way i wanted it to be plowed and did a good job. Vaughn communicated with me promptly and always answered my phone calls.
