Contacted Cody (owner) and the guys at Johnson Service and Repair in Bailey hoping for a quick, same day diagnosis and repair (front wheel bearings with added brake work I knew was overdue). I’m from out of state, camping and hunting locally, so didn’t have alternate transportation or lodging to fall back on and also didn’t want to burn/lose vacation time. Cody was a life saver!! We were 7 hours away from home with about 3 hours left to our destination when our brakes started to shudder. Cody was our first call and he was able to get us in for new brakes right away. He went above and beyond by getting us a ride to the nearest coffee shop while we waited for repairs. He showed us what was going wrong and even topped off the oil. We are from Nebraska, otherwise we would be coming back for future repairs! Thank you, Cody!!!!
Brought my car here to get one of my hoses fixed and he did an amazing job! The hose he use though was faulty so I took it back and he replaced it free of charge! And in an amazing time! My car only was there for 1-2 days before I had it back. Highly recommend!!!

Very bad customer service. This guy wants to be upset because I told him I would look for a shop that could guarantee a project completion time frame since he could not. I called back the next day for a separate project, and he is butt hurt still that the other shop did the previous job. So he refused to do the job that I was ready to drop my truck off for right then and there.
