I have a financial hardship due to having stage 3 cancer. They sent me a letter demanding $900+ which it is presently illegal for them to gouge because I was on public assistance until recently. I can't talk to them on the phone because the cancer is in my throat. They hang up on me because they don't know how to talk to someone with a tumor in their throat.

Nothing good I can really say about this place. Even tho I have a debt consolidation company helping me clean up things from my past they still will not work with you from something from 17 years ago that I thought was paid off since it has not been on my credit report for years. So now they are getting 25% of my pay on top of my $300 I’m paying towards creditors. This place is a joke saying that they can not do anything to work with you and pay the entire thing off in full. What a fing joke. Just out to ruin lives.

For a debt collector, they're pretty awesome. Atleast my agent is. No one likes owing a debt collector. But Shalena is easy to work with and always helpful.
