We've contracted JRP to resurface our driveway on March 2024 but they did not show up at all. It's now December 29 2024 and we haven't heard from them.

Zero stars actually. Shame on you JRP, you (falsely) promised to help me for over 2 years (I documented and saved all emails and recorded all phone calls...I can send to you). I told you 2 years ago my home was being flooded by newer construction and failed drainage pipes above my home. For some reason I am lowest priority for you. Old sewer line repairs weren't going to keep the rat out this time, so we called Johnson Rock and a few others for estimates. Johnson Rock came out before anyone else called us back. The estimator was also on the crew (really appreciate that!). Our plumber connected the house easily because of how they left the new line. The replaced sidewalk looks perfect.
