Well maintained and great management.
Clean, spacious and affordable. Plenty of yard area for pets to enjoy themselves.
Infested and full of mold. Managers take days to respond to maintenance issues. Under new ownership, they want money. Not to keep a nice housing unit. I am currently moving out. Picture is of my bathroom, after complaining for 6 months, they FINALLY responded, after the mold came THROUGH the wall.
