We lived here for almost 4 years, currently managed by DnJ real estate manangement and previously seven hills real estate management. We paid on time every month and kept our apartment very clean, they still charged us more than we owed to leave 2 months early. They have very predatory leases and poor management communication. We lost hundreds on rental applications from them being unreachable to other landlords to just confirm we were tenants in good standing. I just moved to Johnson Apartments around a 4 month ago and it has been great so far. The property is clean, low-noise, and has a a laundry facility on site. Llara and Denise are from the management office and super sweet and helpful. I would recommend living here if you are looking for good value renting in Chambersburg!
