I had a very distressing experience at this store today. Due to our workplace toilets currently being unavailable, I went to use the public toilets at Mitre 10. I am a local of the area and recently a business owner only a few shops down from this store. I mistakenly entered a staff-only toilet and immediately apologised once I was made aware.
