What horrible service. I took my log splitter in and was told it would be two weeks. One month later I called and asked if it was ready. (I knew it would be longer from a previous experience) I was told it wasn't and after some prodding they admitted that other equipment brought in after mine was serviced before mine that they felt was more important than my log splitter.
