Joel helped me with an estate that needed taxes done. It wasn't a easy one, but he was able to take care of it. When a issue happened, I contacted Joel and got a call back the same day. They were able to help me and take care of the problem.
After doing taxes for 4 years, Joel has ignored 2 email requests for information sent out over a month ago. Slow to resolve anything. Quick to invoice.
