So my home warranty denied my claim for my ac, so I called Johnson refrigeration to have my ac repaired, told them what was wrong updated them when I found something else was wrong too. Just want to say the lady who answered the phone was extremely polite, the guys who came out were really nice and got the broken parts out in a matter of seconds. They’re gonna repair it tomorrow. Called needing a replacement fan blade assembly installed in my AC condenser. Spoke to a woman, gave her the part number and asked what their schedule would look like in the next week, she said she’d call me back, she never did.
