I was renting a house that was sold by the owner, Brock Portolesi and his team looked after that sale including looking after myself and family, kept me updated, never focused anything on us, kind, and extremely professional if I had the opportunity to sell, this is the team I would want.
I deliberately waited until the entire process was complete before writing this review, because while first impressions can be positive, it’s how matters are handled at the end that truly counts. Unfortunately, in this case, the conclusion was extremely disappointing. At the pre-settlement inspection, what I encountered was unacceptable.
