Reached out to this firm over a year ago for a probate and civil litigation matter and spoke with Caitlein J. Jammo and Caitlin Powell. At first, everything went great, they were on top of both cases - and then nothing. Once the civil case was settled, they stopped working on it to get it finalized. Still waiting. The probate matter, nothing happened for 6 months until the Court filed an Order to Show Cause as to why nothing had been filed in the probate case for 6 months. Terrible experience with this law firm and Caitlin Powell. They will take your retainer and then not do the task they were hired to do. They ignore multiple phones calls and emails for a status update. This has been months after taking the retainer. We have requested 100% of the retainer back for this unethical work and email was ignored even after copying Caitlin’s boss. My next step will be to file a complaint to the FL attorney licensure board.
