Used this company as my parents had such a great experience. We needed our liner replaced, the system upgraded, and new lights installed in the pool. They came and did the liner and did a great job. They finally came back about two weeks later to put the upgraded pump controls in. They forgot to put in our new lights and haven’t put in the chemicals we requested. They have promised multiple times to come back, told us that they would have our pool ready for us by Memorial Day, and we haven’t heard from them. Very disappointe... read more
I can not say enough about Johnson Pools. They came out promptly when they said they were coming and they were very efficient and knowledgeable. Very pleased with their work.
If you leave a negative review on here Johnson's will respond back stating they will fix it or make things right but in reality we reach out directly to them and they tell us the warranty has expired within the 3 years from installation. This just goes to show their quality of work, professionalism, and products are not 5 stars. By far the worst pool company in the area.
The best experience I have ever had with getting a large project completed. From beginning to end the owner Dan was there ensuring all was done correctly. Dan and all employees were the most professional and to down to earth company I have ever worked with. At the end of the project Troy was the most knowledgeable and friendliest technician I have ever seen. My pool lady told me my pool motor wasn’t running constantly while it should and that I need someone to check it out. I call Johnson and they send someone out the next day. He tells me that the motor is currently running and sounds fine and to monitor it. He’s at my house for 5 minutes. I receive a bill the next day for $150. I understand there is a service charge for coming out, but the fact that he didn’t do a single thing and they still charge $150 is insane.
