Never use this company. They broke our equipment and didn't show up all of July, so we cancelled their service. Now they will not refund what they owe us, but they keep taking money from our credit card. Our only option is to cancel that card. A very unethical company.
This entry is made on August 16, 2016. We have used the services of Johnson Pool for years. As some other complainants have noted we also have seen a significant staff turnover. This alone is not an issue. However, as a result of staff departures we have seen 50% absenteeism over the last 2 months. Our pool turned green twice, and I (the owner of the house) have had to maintain the pool now. I just got done working for these people as their bookkeeper I watch them fire people over and over again and not give them their last paycheck I watch them lie to their customers on a daily basis I watch them just not do their jobs at all and then make up b******* stories in order to fire whoever they felt like firing and not pay them as in my case also don't let Johnson pools do you pools they don't know what they're doing they hire any drug addict they can find and the owner is doing drugs and then the manager is in Virgi... read more
