One day I was walking up to the business door where we grab the pick ups and all I heard was the presumed supervisor yelling at the top of his lungs at his employees. How they need to stay late or they can get tf out and never come back bc they aren’t needed which is horrible management!! This place is horrible!! I RECOMMEND DO NOT WORK HERE!! THIS PLACE HAS NOTHING BUT PURE DISCRIMINATION WHEN IT COMES TO ITS EMPLOYEES. As you see in the text. As a Temp myself, with previous Leadership experience. I was working EVERY POSITION for the price of 1 including TRAINER. I had minimum training but with my experience I didn’t need much. Disgusting experience with them, ordered many and often. Constant problems with orders, then the goods arrive broken, then sent not what I ordered. The last straw was buying a Mug Press from them, which did not work correctly, I contacted tech support and they did not help in any way, did not offer a replacement or correction. I ended up with a $500 press that didn't work correctly and have since found another supplier.
I bought a koozie Clayton from them to fit Koozies to screen print the platen for Koozies is too big you can't slide a koozie on it. They they don't stand by the product that they sell and refund money this product is junk
Terrible customer service, the support team could not even solve a problem with my machine and refused to accept a return for a non-functioning unit.
