My immediate family and I have used this funeral home in three separate occasions within the last three years, and Steve and Mrs. Jennifer have been the most understanding and compassionate individuals. I was recently invited to attend the viewing of my friends grandmother who had passed away. The place looked lovely and the staff were stationed at every corner. They were polite enough to give us our space, but always ready to help out with any questions or needs. They even allowed the family an extra hour from the alloted time for the viewing. They never rushed the family, they just asked for us to let them know when we were finished.

Mr. Steve and Mrs. Jennifer were nothing short of amazing. They were always available at a moments notice to help out and answer all our question. It was never going to be easy given our big our family is and that everyone wanted thier opinion heard. Still, they went above and beyond with my 2 grandfathers and most recently my grandmother. This is the 3rd time I have used thier services and I plan to continue to use them in the future. Again, nothing short of blessed to have them on our side.

Recently, my father passed away contact Jenifer at Johnson-Overturff in Crescent City. My father had already had his funeral prearranged which made everything flow easy. I would like to give a big thanks to Jenifer and the staff at Johnson-Overturff.

Very un organized business, didnt even bother to square the grave cut out area at all! LEFT WAYYY out of square! if there's one thing I have to say is these people will literally RUSH AND I MEAN RUSH you in the whole process of burying your precious ones, when It came time for the delivery of body to grave, they didn't give a damn if u kept up or not they were gone leaving all my family scattered , when it came time for the wake we had for my loved one, all the man in charge would do is mention the damn time as if these peop... read more
