Great service on my hustler mower
Not straight forward about pricing and length of time for repair. Through the entire process they never called with updates or when the mower was actually ready even when they knew we hadn't been able to mow for over a month. We had to call and check when we didn't a call on the days they said they would call us.

Johnson's is a fantastic, family-owned local business in Goddard with customer service that goes above and beyond. Twice now Robert has picked up and delivered my Toro mower at no extra charge, and Brenda is always very friendly and attentive on the phone — a refreshing experience to deal with such good people who truly care about their customers! I can't recommend Johnson's highly enough!
I needed a lawn mower flywheel puller. They sold me a used one at a reasonable price. Took it home and got the job done. My mower is fixed and working. Very pleased. No one in Wichita was any help. Will be coming back Van in Garden Plain, KS Thank You
