Years ago an orthodontist said to align my teeth, my jaw would have to be broken and wired shut. Dr. Johnson was able to align my teeth with Invisalign. It was a 2 year process where I could scan my progress each week from home. I would then get a message if I could move to next tray. Every time I went into the office, I was met by the nicest people and my wait time was never more than 5 minutes. Dr. Johnson is a perfectionist and I felt like he really cared what the end product was. I couldn’t be happier.

Unfortunately this is will be a negative review. I called 3-4 weeks ago about needing an oral appliance for sleep apnea that I was tested for at Cleveland Clinic. The person at Johnson Ortho said they could take care of this for me and that the first visit is a free consultation. I arrived at my appointment and while talking to the coordinator she said they will see how much my dental insurance will cover and then will bill me the rest. They also stated they do payment plans. From the very first consultation to the final appointment, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Dr. Johnson took the time to explain every step of the treatment plan and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. The office is modern, clean, and welcoming, and appointments always ran on time. I’m extremely happy with my results and grateful for the excellent care I received.
