The ladies that used to work there (10 years ago) were very helpful. Now the people that work cant answer questions and cant help you with pricing. Everything go's through corporate so your better off calling them directly. As another person said I'd give zero stars if I could. I called to ask a question and she changed my whole policy. Canceling today will never be back.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Not once but twice, we were given bait and switch quotes (one for homeowners and one for auto to offset the first error). Both times approximately $960 annual difference coincidentally. No remedy available although the differences were due to info entered incorrectly during quote process. We have been customers for over three decades and never had a single contact with Johnson Oluwole.
